Combine Them: A Process That Uses All Four
The methods are complements, not rivals. A process that works for most product teams:
- Eisenhower triage (minutes). Kill the clearly-not-important items so you're not ranking junk.
- RICE or matrix scoring (optional, data permitting). If you have real reach/impact estimates, compute scores to bring data into the room.
